THE CAD
Bryan Leech is a cad.
Or, he *was* a cad.
No one is quite certain.

Once the quintessential playboy, Bryan claims he’s done with wild parties and weekend benders. No more one night stands leading to mornings he can’t remember; no more binges and blackouts; no more exploits plastered all over the tabloids and rag sheets. According to Bryan, he’s cleaning up his act.

The only problem is, no one believes him.

THE CO-ED
Eilish Cassidy never thought she’d be a mother at nineteen or still in college at twenty-four. Cut off from every member of her family except her favorite cousin, she’s finally managed put her life back together. Stronger and wiser, Eilish enters her last semester of university determined to stand on her own. Now she just needs to find an internship.

The only problem is, her best option—by far—places her directly in the path of her son’s father, and he doesn’t remember her at all.

THE PLAN
Bryan is determined to prove he’s changed. Eager to settle down with the right woman, he’s got his sights set on the gorgeous redhead who seems terribly familiar.

Eilish is determined to hide her secret. She’ll do anything to keep her child safe, even if that means ignoring her own wishes and desires.

But what happens when Bryan starts to remember? And what will it take for Bryan to convince the girl he forgot that she’s unforgettable?

MY REVIEW

I’m attracted to you on every level. I want you, Eilish. I want you with every breath I take.

Another surprise! Look at dat cover. Fiery hot. However, the reality hits me hard and it didn't like what I've expected. The story focused on Sean Cassidy's cousin, Eilish. I was glad that the characters from previous books made appearance and makes this one was less boring. Am I say it was boring? Yup. Beware of my unpopular opinion.

Six years ago, innocent Eilish Cassidy awe-struck with the rugby player, Bryan Leech. She gave him everything that day including herself. He literally crushed her and Eilish went back with tail between her legs. Now, Eilish struggled being a single parent and trying to survive with her cousin's help. Bryan was a reformed bad boy who couldn't take his eyes off from the red-haired woman. Bryan feels something he can't explain and surprised to know the truth.

He smelled like my dreams. And he felt too good to be true.
He is too good to be true.
And you’re forgettable.

At first, I'm struggle with some issues mostly between Bryan and Eilish.
✔ First, the insta-love. It was no different between six years ago and nowadays. I just couldn't connect with them.

✔ Second, I couldn't imagined how stupid Eilish with her first night with Bryan. Really?! Eilish supposed to be smart about 'protection'. Gurl, you just met him and spread your legs easily?

✔ Third, the single parent issue. Eilish was really stubborn as hell. Pregnant and disowned by your own family? Check. But rejected Sean's help? The only person who cares about her? Stupid.

Six years ago, I stamped Bryan as an asshole. However, after he revealed about his drinking problem and I still didn't convince. Now he's clean and ready to turn over a new leaf. I was frustrated with their cat and mouse game. Clearly Eilish still wants him but she didn't want to take the risk because of her fear. But it became exhausting with the on/off attitude between them.

I caught Eilish’s gaze and her blush deepened. Was she thinking about me tackling her? Because that sounded really, really nice as long as it was on a bed and we were both naked. Sign me up.
Yeah, I was hot for her. Holding back wasn’t an option anymore.

I felt somehow this story has less 'sporty' ambiance than the previous. The story mainly focused on Eilish and Bryan's second chance romance. They're trying to repair the non-existent relationship. My other issues was they tried so hard to be hot yet I didn't feel that way. Also the drama. OHMYGOSH! Those two tends to over-exaggerating everything without talk. Another stupidity.

The only redeemed point was their child. Somehow I'm touched with their act as a parents. Also Sean really did a great job in addition. Overall, the story was well-written as always but I just couldn't feel the chemistry between Bryan and Eilish. They're really need their own space to be together minus the drama. I'm just disappointed this wasn't entertaining enough for me.

I’d never forget that look.
I’d never forget seeing her like this.
I’d never forget another moment with her for the rest of my life.
I held myself above her, savoring how hot and perfect and amazing she felt.
...
Because it’s her.
Emotion overtook me, my heart drumming away inside my chest. She had no idea how much I felt for her, how deeply I was falling in love with her.
